Payment
Credit Card: VISA and MasterCard are the most preferred methods of payment.  They are efficient and secure.  American Express is also accepted, but only with phone orders.
Prepaid: Money order from the post office or the bank is preferred.  Personal or company checks are also accepted.  However, it may take 1-2 weeks to clear before the order is shipped.
COD: We only accept cash or money orders.  There is a $5.00 surcharge for Cash On Delivery.
Open Account: Government agencies and schools are pre-approved for purchase orders.  Companies are also welcome to establish an open account.

All the prices are FOB Princeton, New Jersey.  Shipping and handling charges are additional. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Shipping
Immediate processing - Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.  We ship most orders by USPS Priority.  UPS and Federal Express shipping methods are also available on some orders.

Warranty
Instek products have a 2-year warranty.  One year warranty for material and workmanship on all other products.

We guarantee complete satisfaction for every product we sell.  If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 15 days from the invoice date and get 100% money back on the merchandise.

Return Policy
Return Procedures:
 1. Call, fax or e-mail to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Package the product in the original factory package in re-saleable condition.  Include all accessories and manual.
3. Attach the original invoice.
4. Enclose a short note to explain the reason so that we know how to improve it.  Also tell us whether you need a refund, credit or a replacement.
5. Package in a shipping carton.  The product box is not suitable for shipping and may cause damage.
