These power supplies are equipped with heavy-duty transformer to provide continuous usage without over-heating. They can be set at constant voltage mode or constant current mode with excellent regulation and low ripple for the experiment. The output will be limited to the pre-set voltage or current whichever is reached first so that the device connected to the power supply is protected from excessive voltage or current. Both "+" and "-" outputs are floating and either one can be grounded or connected to another power supply in serial to provide higher voltage. The voltage is controlled by both coarse and fine knobs for fine-tuning. They have both digital volt and amp meters for easier and more accurate readout.
