The heavy duty probe converts DC amps into DC mV and AC amps into AC mV with 1 to 1 ratio using Hall effect device. The output is displayed on other voltmeter.  Comes with test leads and banana plug for easy connection with another digital multimeter.  Very useful to check power supply, alternator, DC motor, UPS and appliance.
